A comprehensive SaaS pricing strategy and analytics platform for founders.
The post itself shows that SaaS founders struggle with pricing. The creator's tool is a simple lead magnet, but a comment points out the friction users have with the 'email-first' model. There's a bigger SaaS opportunity here beyond just a basic calculator. The platform could help founders model different pricing strategies (per seat, usage-based, tiered), track changes on competitor pricing pages, A/B test pricing on their own site, and analyze which plans get the best conversion and LTV. It tackles a high-value B2B problem directly tied to revenue, making it a strong candidate for a subscription service, potentially earning $50-$200 per month per company, depending on the depth of features.

I hate the flow, where I have to answer all the questions just to give away my email. I would love if I could forgo the email submission just to see product, but overall now I am turned off,

That's a shame.
The flip side to that is that I ask for the email up front and get zero conversions. An alternative would be to ask for it optionally at some point, but I can't imagine that

I understand where you are coming from! I am in that same early on-boarding new users phase. I like the idea, though. Best of luck.
