Trying to help girlfriend fix her BSOD online, it started coming after 10 minutes or so, now its usually a few moments after startup. The stop code is ndis.sys, which suggests a network adap

That event isn't from the crash. That's probably a report about it not being able to save a dump file (log file) from the crash. Run the tool we made that gathers system info and logs from

Have you tried disabling the network adapter in the BIOS? Might be a faulty onboard chip that's messing with things.

did you run sfc / scannow in cmd? also the several dism commands?

Also possiblity - boot into recovery mode/advanced and try system restore in case it's a software issue.......... Recovery mode/advanced/command prompt type in rstrui then tap enter cross
