A final proofread should find no errors except tough errors like word choice or rhetorical flow or similar. A final proofread is not an edit, it’s a final review to ensure it’s already polish

Old school proofing method, print out the document, grab a ruler and go line by line, isolating the line that you're looking at.
Read the language to yourself out loud while you do it.
