Make sure your framing is square and plumb. Use smart lights in your ceiling to avoid a bank of dimmers, was the smartest decision I made.

Don’t insulate wrong. Vapor barriers are not the answer. Use rigid foam. Insulate the floor if you can afford it. Again rigid foam. Be prepared to lose floor space if you do it right
