Hi! Im very new to home owning and home repairing. One of our bedrooms hardwood flooring was damaged by something that I can't remember right now. We're not really in the market for a 100%

Was gonna say this as well. Can’t tell you much without pictures but sounds like the best bet is to cover it with a rug. Puzzle foam mats sounds even cheaper

I'm not sure if this is going to work, I'm not very website savvy. If this shows, this is one of the damaged "planks". Its the worst of the 2 damaged spots. My plan is to add a rug anyways

Upload the images to imgur and then post the link. Have you thought about putting foam floor tiles over the damage. The same kind of stuff they use in gyms.
