Conflict Check SaaS for Attorneys
New attorneys and those transitioning roles face a manual, error-prone process for personal conflict checks, often relying on spreadsheets. A SaaS solution can automate this by providing a secure database to track past clients, cases, and relationships, offering quick search and alert functions. This helps attorneys comply with ethical obligations and prevent costly mistakes. Revenue can be generated through monthly subscriptions, tiered by user count or features, targeting solo practitioners and small law firms. For example, 100 solo attorneys paying $30/month would yield $3,000/month.

Yeah, but if I'm not my own firm, I can't really take software with me from one job to another.
