There's pros and cons to it. Pros The pressure to speak is not all on you. And, hearing someone else's answer can help in coming up with your own. Plus, you can gauge what the manager is

It's just a panel interview, possibly with the hiring manager and selected coworkers in the group you would be working with, if hired. Many jobs have 2 or more people on the interview pane
