I got to assist and help teach a buckskins making class this past weekend. Such a fun time and hanging out with friends! Bonus of venison ribs at the end

Best advice I can give is to grab the Deerskins to Buckskins book, the process is too long in thorough to explain over a message.

For me the overall taste is so good, it was also two or three deer that we had in the crockpot. This was a very slow braised one with our game broth, and spices!
