Higher, Easier-to-Use Modern Adirondack Chair Design

I made a first run from construction lumber to make sure all the proportions were good.

But what stock was it cut from?

You can see the grain and that it was cut from a single piece of solid stock.

Not necessarily, he could have glued pieces together with matching grain orientation before cutting out the pattern. If it was a single piece, how wide would it have had to be? 12in+? That's

Definitely looks easier to sit in than a traditional Adirondack. I hate how low many of them are.
How did you do that main back leg piece? Glue a few sections together and then cut out the p
