Blower motor has a thermal fuse that self resets. If 1 or 2 of the windings get shorted the motor cab make a louder buzzing noise. In 10 to 12 seconds the motor overheats and shuts down. O

I second the video. What kind of super loud are we talking? With Samsungs there could be a "KATHONK KATHONK", a "RAAAAAAAHH", or the all time favorite: "SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE".
