Many HR Generalists in mid-sized companies are overwhelmed by recruitment tasks, overshadowing other critical HR functions and leading to burnout. While Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) exist for recruiters, there's a gap for a tool that helps HR Generalists manage their diverse responsibilities, especially when supporting recruitment efforts.
