Interactive Web Screensavers: New Canvas for Brands, Art & Engagement.
The development of an interactive, web-based screensaver opens up a fresh way to use screen space when devices are idle. This could be a marketing opportunity for brands to create engaging, unobtrusive ads or interactive experiences. It could also serve as a platform for digital artists to showcase and sell their work. Businesses could build platforms for creating, distributing, and monetizing these screensavers, or offer them as a unique branding tool for corporate settings.

You definitely can do that! If you go to Settings > Gallery > Use local images, it should allow you to use your own pictures. You can even use gifs too!
