It’s real. Idk what to say. We are a smaller consulting firm. I’m a seller, doer, project manager and they publish the metrics every month for everyone to see.

If exceeding targets means you get to keep your job. Imagine if you didn't or performed just mediocre... Probably get a PIP and then the boot. Take your pick. Never compare yourself to oth

Not much that you can do. Maybe you can try talk to your boss or skip, or VP if you feel he/she knows your performance. Otherwise, go to another company and move on. It's not like your boss
