I have a friend who is disabled and wants to be able to unlock his phone and control it with his PC. He can use the PC fine but needs physical assistance whenever he needs his phone. Is there

Scrcpy, if you leave the phone attached to wifi or usb to the PC
Set it up, don't ever reboot or you'll need to authorize it again.
Mirrors full phone (audio included) to PC. Allows PC mous

Just use any USB dock and plug it into the phone with a mouse, keyboard and monitor attached.
