I was seeing that one too until I blocked it. There is apparently an option to include your sub in recommendations and to pay to promote it, so that maybe why these subs appear so much.

You can always use 3rd party apps and old.reddit.com where all of their infinite feed of slop and recommendations don't exist. Just the things you subscribe to. It's the only way I still bare
