No. College certificates are participation awards you pay for. With 20 years you should skip to the sphr. It’s all problem solving and application. No memorization.

I don't think any college degree I worked hard at applying myself for is a participation award. You might as well apply that to any degree. Heck even the SHRM exam you're paying for. Thanks t
