14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how to exercise them.

1. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.

Important: In respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, you must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include your order number and account email address in your cancellation request.

Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period. You do not need to wait for our response before the deadline expires.

Important Note About Subscriptions

Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal. Once your subscription renews, the 14-day cancellation period does not restart.

3. Refund Processing

If you exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day period:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

💡 Note: After exercising your cancellation right, your access to paid features will be immediately revoked, and your account will revert to the free plan.

  • No Refunds After 14 Days: Canceling after the 14-day period does not entitle you to a refund or prorated credit
  • Automatic Downgrade: After your billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free plan
  • No Cancellation Fees: There are no penalties or fees for canceling your subscription

6. Billing Errors and Exceptions

In addition to the 14-day cancellation right, we will review the following situations on a case-by-case basis:

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription
  • Charges after successful cancellation
  • Incorrect amount charged (different from advertised price)
  • Technical errors in our payment system

Service Unavailability

If our service is completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to technical issues on our end, we may provide account credit or consider refund requests.

Fraudulent Charges

If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently to purchase our service, contact us immediately and also report it to your payment provider. We will cooperate with fraud investigations.
