[MOD POST] Will you crybabies bitch and moan if we joke about Dick Cheney like you did when we joked about Charlie Kirk too?
Every single time some famous figure dies, especially one that generationally sucks, those of us at okbuddyseverance tend to get the urge to make a little light of the situation, to have a little fun, to crack a couple jokes here and there, and to do, ostensibly, what all the shitposting subreddits do: behave irreverently about some topical stuff while goofing off about whatever silly subject rests at the core of our existence. In this subreddit's case, the subject at our core is one of a psychosexual nature, Ben Zoolander's feverdream of an erotic tale in which suppression, identity and the shadow self swirl into an orgasmic latte that we all love to sip from Tim Apple's benevolent teet. And because of that, I thought, hey, wouldn't it be funny to do a post about how Dick Cheney waterboarded Mark in an obscure episode of the series, only for Mark to realize he's into it, leading to a whole new saga of watersports culminating in Helly's stored up urine being piped in through an aqueduct onto Mark's waiting face? But then I remembered: this sub is too big now to not be full of dumb and annoying assholes who take every fucking thing on earth too seriously no matter what. When I pretended to get Diane Keaton and Patricia Arquette confused, people told me they hoped I get lethally injected in front of my loved ones. When we joked about a racist shithead getting shot after a career of shitting on gun control efforts, it was outright pandemonium in the modmail. So I'm asking you all, before I do anything such as suggest that Helly is on a quest to find Weapons of Ass Destruction stored in Mark's butt, do we all collectively agree it's fine to joke about that war criminal sack of shit? Or do we need to not make light of someone's death, even if they were one of the key architects of the modern hellhole we all rot in? Let us know!
